Classes For Kids in Lancaster, PA: What Do I Do With My Baby?
What Do I Do With My Baby? I have to be honest, I don't have young children but I have been working with Moms, Dads, Grandmoms and caregivers for the past 12 years that are looking for fun activities to do with little ones they love.
I like lists, so I've put together a few fun reasons why Music Classes For Babies and Kids are a great place to start when asking yourself, "What Do I Do With My Baby?"
1. Better Communicators: Researchers discovered that one-year-old babies that that participate in interactive music classes with caregivers smile more, communicate better and show earlier and more sophisticated brain responses to music.
2. Babies Brain Is Wired To Learn Music: Our brain is wired to learn language, it's also wired to learn music. This is why it is so important to share in music making with your baby. Just as babies babble before they speak, the babble musically as well. "Your baby may make up little songs and train himself to hear and create various musical ideas," says Dr. Levitin. Singing to him, or patting his back or rocking to music, can help strengthen the musical pathways in his brain.
3. Socializing For Babies Is Important: Interacting with others at a very young age builds social skills and confidence. Starting at about three or four months, babies are ready to broaden their horizons to larger, organized groups. Music classes for babies is a wonderful way for them to safely explore their environment and make friends!
I hope this helps! There are so many fun things to do with your baby and making music with them is just one of the many wonderful ways to spend your time together.
